Post anything here, anything at all. There is absolutely no subject. Just be conscientious of our younger, more innocent visitors. SHAMELESS PLUGGING*shifty eyes*

Hello, girlies, what's up?
OMG I just found something out! My friend goes to the same school that Anna Popplewell goes/went to! It's called North London Collegiate.

That's on a lot of sites. Anna finished it, though. She was born in '88, so she's finished with college by now. (College is the UK equivalent to junior and senior year in the US.)

Yeah, I wasn't sure whether Anna had graduated from my friend's school or not.

Same. I will some day, but sadly, it'll be long after my school days have finished.

I'll probably be going back after I graduate (in four freaking years, ugh). It's supposed to be a present for finishing college. You will LOVE England, Laura, it's so awesome. I really hope you get the chance to go sooner than later.

Have you ever been there before, Laura?
I used to live in Paris, so I went to London a few times on the train while I lived there. It was so cool! I'm hoping that for next summer, my family vacation will be to London to visit our friends who live there (the same friend who goes to the same school that Anna attended). I haven't been back in 5 years!

I've never been anywhere. We don't travel.

We don't travel a whole bunch, either. My dad got a bonus the year we decided to go to England, and that's the ONLY reason we went. We don't have the kind of money to travel otherwise. I was so worried that I'd never be able to travel again, though I got a lot of encouragement from my current English teacher. Both she and her husband are both professors, so they don't make a lot of money, but they go to Europe EVERY YEAR. She just told me to wait until traveling is out of season, find cheap air tickets, stay in a plain hotel, don't spend a lot of money on food (aka, eat a lot of sandwiches and whatnot), and everything works out. I'm sure that once you get out of school and live on your own, you'll be out of America in no time.

lmao If my dad got a bonus, we'd go out to dinner and that's it. At the same crappy restaurant and get the same crappy things.
